Who We’re Looking For:

As we enter a new phase of growth under new leadership, we are hiring a Director of Business Development — a strategic, high-ownership role for someone who wants to shape Leadature’s next chapter and grow into a senior commercial leader within our broader portfolio of companies.

This is not a typical “sales rep” role. This is a high-impact business development position covering pipeline creation, full-cycle sales execution, partnerships exploration, and strategic market expansion. You will own revenue-driving initiatives end-to-end and serve as a key GTM leader in the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full revenue cycle: from prospecting, outreach, and discovery to proposals, negotiation, and closed-won.
  • Build and scale outbound motion targeting high-value event organizers, corporate event teams, agencies, and associations.
  • Develop strategic partnerships across event tech platforms, agencies, and industry groups (SISO, IAEE, etc.).
  • Conduct high-quality discovery calls and tailored product demos that speak directly to customer pain points.
  • Create market insights and ICP refinements to guide GTM strategy, positioning, and messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing to experiment with new campaigns, channels, and lead-gen initiatives.
  • Forecast accurately and manage pipelines in HubSpot/Salesforce.
  • Represent Leadature at industry events and conferences (optional but highly encouraged).
  • Identify expansion opportunities across verticals and help shape new product/feature priorities.
  • Act as the voice of the customer to help align product, operations, and sales.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales or business development experience, ideally in event tech, SaaS, or services.
  • Demonstrated success engaging VP- and C-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to combine tactical pipeline execution with strategic thinking about markets and segments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with AI-powered prospecting and outreach tools (Clay, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong CRM discipline (HubSpot preferably).
  • Highly ambitious, self-driven, and comfortable with autonomy.
  • Fluent English.
